Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after placement.
An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your address.

Note: During peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays, processing time may extend up to 7 business days due to higher order volumes.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at hooemcs@gmail.com.
Once your package has been handed over to our courier partners, it becomes their responsibility.

If an issue arises:

  1. Contact the courier to file a claim for the missing parcel.

  2. Provide the necessary documentation (our team will assist you with this process).

  3. Hooem will follow up with the courier to help locate your order.

Hooem is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered.”
However, we will do our best to assist and, in certain cases, may offer a replacement at our discretion.

If the package cannot be located, we recommend filing a police report to support your claim.
